Lola’s life is unfulfilling. Her relationship is abusive and she is confused all the time. Desperate for change Lola is by chance placed at the scene of a near fatal traffic accident. She saves the live of a woman; Sandra who turns out to be everything Lola aspires to be; confident, outspoken and in control of her destiny. But before Lola can get to know her better, Sandra is brutally murdered in front of her eyes. Lola now must choose between a return to her dysfunctional home, or assume a new life with the identity of the mysterious woman. A well crafted film about identity theft, inspired by Cassevettes, highlighting great acting and superb directing.
