The Breakdance Kid

In 1984, a loser pizza delivery boy Whitey Johnson is run over by a semi-truck on live television, and survives, making him an instant local hero. The world watches as Whitey vows not only to walk again, but to win his town's bread-dance competition. The truck-driver, an ex disco-dancer, is sentenced to train him. Whitey struggles to conquer bully break-dancers, to win the heart of a disinterested gril, and to live up to the name of "The BreakDance Kid!" |
