When Friends & Family Just Don’t Mix
Synopsis:
A heart-warming, delightfully funny, romantic comedy about a lawn boy who catches the eye of an upscale career woman! Michael is a young man who grew up in the hood and seems to be living a carefree life. Suddenly his whole life changes, when one day he is cutting a yard and meets a young lady, Jennifer, who lives next door. They immediately have an attraction for each other, but there is one problem, actually one of many; they come from two completely different backgrounds. Their hearts tell them they can overcome all obstacles, but their closed minded, well intentioned, cast of family and friends have something totally different to say about the situation. Together they must endure the pressures from their friends and family, which include his home-boys, his “Cheaters” watching sister, her snooty girlfriends, and her cocktail drinking, snobbish mother and father. Will Michael’s and Jennifer’s love for each other be strong enough to carry them through it all? As we all know….”'Sometimes Love, Family, and Friends Don't Mix!”
