Imagine the neighbor where boxer Ricky Hatton grew up; that means streets of Manchester, England. Torn apart by a vigilante known only as The Boxer, he bludgeons through the city's criminal element leaving a trail of broken bodies in his wake. Meanwhile, an army of drug addicts and thugs under the messianic leadership of The Needler, terrorize the city. The police are powerless to stop either of them and the line between reality and fiction; between a comic bood fantasy and terrifying reality blurs, as both factions battle for the soul of the city. Who's side are you on?
